Senior Director, Market Access Partnerships
Impiricus
• Partner with the commercial organization to deliver presentations of Ascend for Market Access and lead introductory meetings with prospective customers • Develop and articulate a compelling value story for Impiricus Ascend across Life Sciences customers • Apply deep industry expertise and customer insights to shape and refine the Ascend go-to-market (GTM) strategy • Provide strategic direction to the Product team for enhancements and identify new growth opportunities • Cultivate and expand executive-level relationships with Market Access stakeholders and leverage existing professional network to accelerate business development • Serve as a thought leader through industry events, webinars and customer engagements • Define KPIs and success metrics to optimize customer success throughout their Ascend journey
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience within Market Access at a Life Sciences company or on the vendor-side. Background in a startup environment is a plus
- Deep understanding of Market Access strategy and operations within large pharmaceutical companies
- Solid executive presence when speaking in front of customers or at industry events
- Experience positioning technology or adjacent services to Market Access. Forward-thinking about new solutions in the marketplace
- Established and trusted relationship with some VP-level and Executive Director level stakeholders
- Proven success in similar roles

This is a 1099 independent contractor role and is not an employment (W-2) position. What You'll Do: - Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating perimenopause and menopause. - Assess symptoms, develop and adjust treatment plans, including prescribing and managing medications such as hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx, when clinically appropriate and legally permitted. - Maintain timely and accurate documentation. - Follow applicable clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for visits conducted through Pomelo. Qualifications - You have an active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in Ohio, where you will see patients. - You have a minimum of 3 years of menopause care experience, including prescribing and managing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx. - You're comfortable using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems. - You have strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently during patient visits.
