• Responsibility for the entire content area at Elektrovorteil • Planning, creating and maintaining content for the website, blog and landing pages • Developing an editorial calendar and consistent content structures • Translating complex topics into clear, audience-appropriate content • SEO & GEO keyword research and content optimization for existing and new pages • Basic technical SEO knowledge: metadata, internal linking, site structure • Monitoring and adapting to developments in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) • Managing and further developing social media channels (organic) • Developing channel-specific formats and visual language • Community interaction and monitoring of relevant channels • Creating content concepts and creative campaign ideas in close coordination with performance marketing • Preparing briefs for creatives (copy, visuals, videos) – possibly also producing content in-house • Testing and iterating hooks, formats and messages based on performance data

• Tracking & infrastructure: Build and operate a server-side tracking setup (sGTM) • Further develop the GA4 implementation including complete event tracking and conversion measurement • Ensure clean, privacy-compliant data pipelines as the basis for all marketing decisions • Independently set up and run paid channels across the entire funnel (TOFU / MOFU / BOFU) • Cross-channel management of search, social, display, native, programmatic, audio and other paid channels • Retargeting strategies across multiple networks and time windows • Budget allocation and continuous optimization based on CAC, ROAS and conversion rate • Build a centralized, cloud-based marketing dashboard • Weekly reporting on a daily basis per traffic source • Define and monitor KPIs at business, performance and growth levels (LTV, ARPU, AMPU, CPA) • Prepare infrastructure for future B2B marketing including account-based marketing • Close collaboration with Content, BizDev and executive management

• New customer acquisition & retention: You handle B2B sales activities from A to Z — sales pitches, software demos, proposal preparation, and relationship management. • Own customer portfolio: You represent us at events and trade shows, network with decision-makers, and strategically build your portfolio. • No cold calling from scratch: We provide qualified leads — you focus on selling, not searching for phone numbers. • Help shape sales strategy: You bring market insights back to the team and actively help develop our sales strategy. • CRM & tools: You work cleanly in HubSpot and use our digital sales tools effectively. • Teamwork: Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Management — short decision paths and fast decision-making.

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding • Prepare and maintain HR-relevant documents and employment contracts • Support and coordinate payroll processing • Support recruiting processes • Organize business travel and handle administrative procedures • Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers and external agencies • Support audits by tax authorities, social security agencies or other authorities • Further develop and structure existing HR processes • Provide professional support to the team in day-to-day operations

• You actively develop our BI and reporting landscape, ensuring data is cleanly prepared, meaningfully visualized, and operationally usable. • You work closely with Finance, Management and operational teams, bringing structure to complex data and reporting processes. • You develop dashboards, KPI frameworks and reports that enable real decision-making — not just display numbers. • You analyze company data, identify patterns, and derive concrete recommendations for action. • You identify opportunities for automation as well as modern AI-supported analysis and reporting solutions, helping to make processes more efficient and scalable. • You work on consistent data models, data quality and traceable reporting structures. • You collaborate closely with Finance, Management and operational areas and translate requirements into meaningful BI and reporting solutions.
