• Identify and win partners: You approach new partners, platforms and multipliers and develop cooperation models with a clear win–win logic. • Build partnerships: You establish long-term relationships, manage onboardings and develop joint growth initiatives. • New growth channels: You open up scalable growth levers and develop new sales and distribution channels. • Market & competition: You analyze market potential, target groups and competitors and translate insights into concrete deals. • Professionalize processes: You expand our business development processes – pragmatically and with a focus on scalability. • KPI management: You define and track the metrics that measure partnership performance, growth and conversion. • Cross-functional collaboration: Close coordination with Marketing, Operations and Executive Management – short communication paths, fast decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in business development, partner management, sales, growth or platform businesses
  • Understanding of digital business models and scalable sales channels
  • Ability to quickly assess partner potential and turn it into concrete deals
  • Confident communication with external stakeholders – on equal terms and reliable
  • Structured way of working with a focus on priorities, pipeline and results
  • Self-responsibility, reliability and high execution speed
  • Interest in e-mobility, sustainability or digital services
  • Industry experience in the THG quota market (GHG quota market) is helpful but not required – more important is your ability to quickly translate complex topics into simple, marketable solutions
