For families navigating the complexities of a NICU stay and the critical transition home, you are their expert clinical guide and reassuring presence. As a NICU/Perinatal Nurse at Pomelo, you will leverage your deep clinical expertise to provide a layer of virtual support to supplement the in-person care of both the birthing parent and their NICU baby. Pomelo Care will provide services to support your independent practice, such as client matching, billing and administrative support. - Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions. - Establish individualized care plans to meet specific health needs based on evidence-based standards, including: - Sleep hygiene for insomnia - Cognitive strategies for brain fog - Non-hormonal symptom management (e.g., CBT-M, CBT-I) - Maintain timely and accurate documentation. - Follow applicable clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for visits conducted through Pomelo. Qualifications - Independently licensed as an LICSW, LMHC, or LPC or at least 5 years in Colorado. - A minimum of 3 years of experience providing women’s mental health care. - Comfortable using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems. - Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently during patient visits. Requirements - Meeting with someone from our recruitment & clinical teams for 2-30-minute video calls. - Providing proof/verification of licensure & personal liability insurance. - Enrolling with commercial health plans in Massachusetts through Pomelo. - Completing a background screening. Role Description Pomelo is looking for an exceptional and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our growing employer sales team. In this role, you have the opportunity to partner with Pomelo’s most strategic and tenured Account Executives to drive leads with large and jumbo employers. This role reports to the Sales Development Manager and is open to any candidates located in the continental US. What you'll do: - Be responsible for generating high quality net new opportunities - proactively identify and engage with high-potential accounts through strategic cold calling, personalized email sequences and targeted social selling. - Deliver value-driven messaging that engages and entices prospects. - Work closely with AEs and marketing to formulate personalized messaging and collateral that effectively communicates the Pomelo Care value. - Secure meetings with employer buyers at all levels, from C-suite executives to benefits leaders, using creativity and persistence. - Develop tracking and reporting dashboards in Salesforce and regularly report progress to Sales leadership. - Consistently hit daily, weekly and monthly lead generation targets. - Travel as needed for conferences. Role Description This position involves working three 12-hour overnight shifts per week (9:00 PM to 9:00 AM EST). Over a six-week period, you would work six weekend shifts total, which averages to about one weekend shift per week, though the exact schedule may vary. Additionally, there is a rotating holiday commitment, alternating between summer and winter holidays. Your North Star: Provide and facilitate amazing patient-centered clinical care to our patients.
