Minimum Qualifications: - A minimum of 5 years of related experience in Talent Branding or Recruitment Marketing with a Bachelor’s degree; - Or 3 years of experience and a Master’s degree; - Or a PhD without experience; - Or equivalent work experience. - Proven track record of managing global Employer Value Propositions (EVP) and directing high-impact creative content strategy. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to measure full-funnel conversion rates and present complex performance data clearly. - Experience managing careers site infrastructure and specialized talent marketing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic job boards). - Demonstrated ability to act as an internal consultant to executive leadership and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority What we offer: Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
