Role Description Experienced and proactive Quality Engineer is in charge to lead our quality assurance efforts. Play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software by designing and implementing robust testing strategies. This role requires advanced technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong ability to collaborate across teams to drive quality initiatives and mentor junior team members. - Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, including functional, performance, and static testing. - Able to design complex test scenarios and with deep understanding of SDLC, test techniques like equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, branch testing among others. - Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using tools like Selenium or Cypress. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle. - Identify and drive improvements in QA processes, tools, and methodologies. - Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test scripts, test results and issue resolution. - Use Excel for analyzing and reporting on testing metrics, applying advanced functions as needed. - Ensure thorough documentation of test cases, test results, and issue resolution. - Take ownership of the quality and testing of major modules or projects. - Demonstrate effective time management to handle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results on time. - Provide critical feedback to stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and developers, regarding software quality and areas for improvement. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience: 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 1 year of experience in test automation. - Data Manipulation: Strong ability to understand data relationships and perform effective data manipulation using advanced spreadsheet functions. - Tools: Experience with Jira for documentation and issue tracking, Microsoft Teams for collaboration, Excel for reporting (including advanced functions), and SQL Server Management Studio for backend data validation. - Experience of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium). - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and debugging. • Support commercial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout alongside Project Managers and field leadership • Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement tracking, and project documentation management • Coordinate with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to maintain project flow and communication • Review construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and electrical documentation for accuracy and coordination • Track project progress, material deliveries, manpower updates, and schedule milestones across active projects • Participate in project meetings, site visits, and coordination efforts with internal and external stakeholders • Maintain organized project records, logs, and reporting throughout the construction lifecycle • Assist with cost tracking, billing support, forecasting updates, and project status reporting • Help identify and resolve field coordination issues, scheduling conflicts, and documentation gaps • Support multiple commercial electrical projects simultaneously in a fast-paced construction environment

• Embed customer supportability requirements into the earliest stages of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) by participating in design reviews and technical planning with R&D. • Analyze support data and customer feedback to construct evidence-based business cases that influence R&D to prioritize certain improvements. • Provide specifications for proactive product features (such as clearer error messages and diagnostic tools) to reduce friction and deflect potential support tickets. • Orchestrate the Global Ops readiness strategy for new features, ensuring Frontline Support and Ops teams are equipped with the necessary training, documentation, and tooling prior to launch. • Collaborate with R&D to translate complex customer use cases into actionable requirements that ensure long-term product health.

Role Description As a Senior Front-end Engineer at Pearl, you will work on customer-facing web applications for international markets and partners. You will join a team responsible for core functionality across international payment flows, post-funnel customer experience, international SEO, and AI-powered features. You will work closely with Product, UX, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, support regulatory and compliance updates for international markets, and contribute to AI-related functionality such as cross-language translation, and automatic PII detection and masking. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values ownership, strong engineering practices, continuous improvement, and practical use of AI tools in daily development. What You’ll Do - Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient web applications. - Implement, test, and release new product features for international markets and partners. - Work on international payment logic, pricing tests and models, Payment Page, post-funnel experience and international SEO initiatives. - Contribute to AI-powered features, including cross-language translation for customer-expert communication, and automatic PII detection and masking. - Collaborate with Product and UX teams to refine requirements and deliver high-quality customer experiences. - Support regulatory and compliance updates for international markets. - Ensure high test coverage and follow CI/CD best practices. - Conduct code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team. Qualifications - 8+ years of professional experience in web development. - Strong experience with React.js, including state management with Redux and component-based architecture. - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Less, React, Redux/Zustand. - Good understanding of automated testing and willingness to write tests as part of daily development. - Familiarity with Unit / Integration / Component tests using tools such as Vitest, Playwright, React Testing Library, Jest, or similar. - Experience with LLMs / Generative AI tools, such as OpenAI, Copilot, Cursor, or similar. - Experience working in Agile development and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong understanding of development processes, CI/CD, and engineering best practices. - Experience with Web Page performance optimization and measurement will be a plus. - Familiarity with SQL / BigQuery will be a plus. - Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
