Performance Development Group
• Help with operational tasks related to the delivery of new hire and team training programs. • Assist the training team with LMS Administration, tracking assessments, and managing onboarding logistics. • Perform ongoing LMS maintenance including managing access and ensuring training records are up to date. • Attend bi-monthly calls with the vendor to learn about system updates and enhancements.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years experience working in a training coordination or training project coordination role.
- 2+ years experience working with Learning Management Systems. Cornerstone OnDemand is preferred.
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Outlook calendaring.
- Self starter who can work independently with little supervision. Someone who knows when to escalate issues and batch communication to enable all to work efficiently.
- Strong organization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Role Description Responsible for supporting health promotion and wellness programs aimed at encouraging members to adopt healthy lifestyles by actively participating in wellness activities.
