Role Description Leads the design, development, and support of modern software solutions in an Agile/Scrum and DevOps environment, with specialization in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and workflow automation. Applies modern engineering practices CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and observability to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable services. Role Description This is the entry level professional claim handler. Handles medical only and indemnity benefits. Exercises some discretion in the determination of compensability of claims. Considers many factors in the determination claim reserves. Responsible for providing consultation and training to employers regarding safety matters. Develop business partnership and ambassador-type relationship with insured policyholders. Evaluate physical premises, equipment, materials, work practices, and safety policies and programs. Conduct safety surveys of employers’ premises to gather information to assist in risk selection as an integral part of the underwriting process.
