Business Development Representative

• Proactively generate pipeline through outbound outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, events) • Identify and qualify potential customers within our target market • Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders in cybersecurity and IT teams • Personalize outreach messaging based on prospect context and use cases • Experiment with and optimize outbound strategies, messaging, and tooling • Represent Qevlar at industry events and conferences • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on ICP and messaging • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM
Job Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in B2B sales or business development (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Based in UK or France (Paris)
- Proven ability to generate leads and book qualified meetings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling
- Business-level English
- Interest in cybersecurity and AI (prior knowledge is a plus, not required)
