• Reach out to and onboard new partners and/or customers • Understand customer requirements and communicate product benefits clearly • Generate and manage a pipeline of mid-sized corporates and SMEs • Attend networking activities to connect with prospective clients • Suggest upgrades or additional products/services • Generate and handle inquiries for conversion and manage customer offer performance • Participate in Sales Planning exercise for assigned territory • Analyze customer potential and competitors
• Set sales goals and develop sales strategies • Contact potential customers via phone call • Build rapport using interpersonal skills • Generate lead opportunities using secondary research • Manage, nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities • Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity • Route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure • Work closely within a small sales & marketing team • Provide accurate and timely information as required to managers and senior management • Out reaching accounts using emails and other channels • Proficient in the use of social media tools
