• Finding potential international game developers as leads and closing deals with them • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients • Develop business cases and proposals based on customer needs • Build strong and long-term relationships with our customers • Design and lead the sales process until contracts are signed
• The main questions you should find an answer for, are what game should be produced, what is the development roadmap, when should the game be scaled up or stopped and what are the main KPIs for the game? • Create design concepts and work closely with the development team to implement and iterate on game features • The main communication center between all people and the development team to solve all issues related to the product. • Set the game’s short-term and long-term KPIs and find the right time for scaling the game • Build consensus over product roadmap and quarterly goals based on the game’s long term strategy. • Understand users' problems, provide creative solutions and help the team to solve them in the best way. • Break down problems into small actionable steps and keep product development moving fast and agile to achieve our long term goals • Having a problem solving approach and providing timely solutions according to the needs and goals of the product • Production of weekly / monthly reports including new features and improvements that must be implemented in the game based on various criteria. • Identify and prioritize product features and needs. • Review of competitors' business model and market analysis according to requirements. • Evaluate the product produced and review new features at each stage using data analysis, user testing, collecting feedback, providing a plan to improve and implement the product cycle from idea to implementation.
