REQUIREMENTS: • Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in clinical research, healthcare, or life sciences industry • Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field • 1-3 years of leadership experience managing teams • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities • Excellence in project management and budget control • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing technologies • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Experience managing vendor relationships and agency partnerships • Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines • May require 0-20% travel
