Title: 14279 - Recruiter (Vendor Neutral) | U.S. (Remote) Location: US Full time Our Recruiter is accountable for: - Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of high-volume positions across multiple industries, role types, and geographic markets - Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards, VMS tools, and Kelly’s applicant tracking system - Working effectively within vendor neutral recruiting environments, including Fieldglass, Beeline, or IQN - Partnering with Program Offices and PMO teams to align recruiting activity with client needs - Ensuring candidate documentation accuracy, compliance, and timely movement through the process - Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure consistent, fair, and equitable assessment and selection practices - Operating effectively in fast-paced, SLA-driven, and sometimes ambiguous environments Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences: - Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners - Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency - Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm - Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction - Situational adaptability and learning agility, demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing and/or ambiguous scenarios - Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing - Seeking a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting - VMS experience (Fieldglass, Beeline, or IQN) (preferred) - Experience working with Program Office or PMO teams (preferred) - Comfort working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments - Versatility sourcing and recruiting across multiple industries and role types Base pay range for this position is $51,300 - $68,400 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
