Flex
• Own full-cycle recruiting for various business functions • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope and evaluation criteria • Build and execute sourcing strategies • Screen for judgment and role-specific depth • Coordinate structured interview loops and feedback capture • Drive offer strategy and closing • Own the ATS and maintain hiring infrastructure • Analyze funnel metrics and improve hiring efficiency • Lead the TA team for alignment on process and standards • Serve as internal owner of recruitment processes
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Demonstrated ability to run multiple complex searches simultaneously
- Experience building or improving hiring processes
- Strong sourcing instincts for competitive roles
- Highly organized and data-driven
