• Work collaboratively with Sales teams, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams • Participate in customer-facing discussions and presentations of the solution • Remain engaged through implementation to maintain strong customer relationships • Collect and analyze feedback from customers and partners • Provide Industry knowledge for positioning products and services • Champion customer needs across internal teams

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience developing and deploying BSS/OSS solutions
  • Background in software development and program management preferred
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies
  • Broad knowledge of Telecom BSS/OSS architectures and solutions
  • Ability to lead and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
