• Drive theater-level execution of partner-led services motions. • Inspect active opportunities, identify stalled deals, surface execution gaps, and ensure clear next steps and ownership across all stakeholders. • Establish and run regional inspection cadences, opportunity review rhythms, and escalation paths to improve visibility, accountability, and acceleration across partner-led services activity. • Support strategic partners in maturing their services motions by identifying readiness gaps, tracking progress, and coordinating briefings to move partners from initial interest to repeatable execution. • Build practical, field-facing playbooks, templates, and inspection guides that translate regional learnings into repeatable assets for broader global adoption.
Job Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in partner programs, channel operations, partner success, professional services, managed services, consulting/advisory, or SaaS GTM execution.
- Proven experience working across Sales, Channel, Services, and Partner organizations to drive execution without direct authority.
- A strong bias for action regarding opportunity inspection, cadence management, and executive-ready reporting.
- Experience building practical field-facing playbooks, templates, and operating models that enable consistent execution at scale.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to simplify complex workflows and tailor messaging for regional and global stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across time zones as needed.
