Role Description Elastic is looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join the Marketing PMO team, focused on supporting the execution of strategic projects and operational initiatives across the marketing organization. You will partner closely with an existing Strategic Projects Program Manager, as well as cross-functional teams, to help plan, coordinate, and deliver key initiatives that drive alignment and improve how marketing operates. To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable running multiple work streams. You’re someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, keeping projects on track, and ensuring teams are aligned and moving forward. What You Will Be Doing - Support the planning and execution of multiple strategic projects, building and owning timelines ensuring dependencies are clearly tracked. - Maintain project plans, documentation, and tracking tools to keep initiatives organized and on schedule. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives. - Help drive day-to-day execution of programs by following up on action items, managing timelines, and identifying risks when needed. - Translate high-level ideas or loosely defined initiatives into clear plans, timelines, and actionable tasks. - Adapt quickly to changing priorities, helping teams stay focused and aligned as plans evolve. - Find opportunities to improve workflows, coordination, and efficiency across teams. - Support team member communication by preparing updates, coordinating meetings, and documenting key decisions. - Help remove blockers by coordinating across teams and ensuring next steps are clear. Qualifications - Previous experience managing cross-functional projects in a marketing organization. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Comfort working cross-functionally with distributed teams, and the ability to build strong working relationships with them. - Excellent, proactive communication skills with an ability to lead meetings and drive alignment. - A love for process and an understanding of how to map out team processes/timelines, improve upon them, and iterate. - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workfront or similar platforms). - 3–6 years of experience in project or program management. They are counted on to ensure that each program is of the highest quality, the mentors within the program feel valued and supported, and that the curriculum is expertly maintained and updated as necessary. Essential Duties (Top 5 Roles) - Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable (LMA) - Lead - Live WL’s Core Values and inspire others with your example. - Manage - Ensure all mentors are engaged and on top of their assignments. - Hold Accountable - Ensure mentors are prepared with their ‘Scorecard Numbers’ and observed regularly. - Program Administration and Optimization - Assist with hiring within your program. - Optimize your team by capitalizing on unique talents and motivating team members. - Assist with registration in your program and answer program questions. - Create a safe and authentic team culture. - Program Specific Professional Development - Lead and participate in regular team meetings. - Assist with training new mentors and welcome staff back during the annual kickoff. - Lead regular program professional development and curriculum debriefs. - Oversight of Curriculum within Program - Be familiar with the Williamsburg Curriculum overviews. - Scrutinize the curriculum to ensure it engages and inspires students. - Ensure all mentors upload their slides and course documents promptly. - Oversee extensive course revisions as approved by the Director of Curriculum. - Embody WL Core Values - Demonstrate company values with students, parents, and team members. - Present at Team Huddles or other PD events and at Inspiration Hour for students. • Leading and performing the sales and development of electrical & controls projects as a service for rail clients while serving as a Sr. Project Engineer, leveraging the candidate’s experience in railroad related engineering projects (including industrial wastewater facilities, fuel and oil storage facilities, structures, and car & diesel shops) including investigations, studies, analysis, designs, and construction administration services • Leading and managing the planning, design, and construction administration of projects to ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, specifications, codes, statutes, rules, and regulations, as well as Arcadis' quality and safety practices • Leading and communicating with project teams, establishing goals and objectives, and scheduling and coordinating resources to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the performance expectations of the client • Providing technical expertise on multi-disciplined projects as design leader • Proficient at the development of detailed plans and specifications

• Lead and manage complex, multi-year SaaS implementation projects for Federal clients. • Ensure timely, high-quality program execution across planning, delivery, and customer success phases. • Bring structured, repeatable program methodologies tailored for defense and aerospace implementations. • Act as a key liaison with Federal client stakeholders, understanding and aligning with their program execution models. • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, especially within high-security and compliance-driven environments. • Manage cross-functional internal and client-facing teams with a focus on delivery precision and accountability. • Monitor and manage program budgets, risks, and performance KPIs, providing clear communication and escalation when needed. • Drive continuous improvement and post-implementation analysis to improve future delivery cycles.
