• Design & develop learning solutions for FLIGHT DECK fundamentals, aligned to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost outcomes • Build multi-modal experiences: asynchronous eLearning/microlearning, virtual and in-person synchronous sessions, and role/persona-based learning paths • Translate business & learner needs into clear learning objectives, assessments, and practice that enable application • Partner with subject matter experts, the FLIGHT DECK Capability Development team, and business stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and operational relevance • Create performance support assets (job aids, checklists, simulations, practice scenarios) and integrate with enterprise platforms (e.g., LMS/LXP) • Pilot new content, measure effectiveness using defined metrics, and iterate using feedback, data, and continuous improvement methods • Ensure accessibility, usability, and instructional quality standards; maintain version control and content lifecycle updates • Support change management and communications to drive adoption and proficiency across target personas and regions • Facilitate or co-facilitate sessions as needed; enable trainers/facilitators through enablement materials and processes • Consult and collaborate across the business to embed FLIGHT DECK into capability-building initiatives, ensuring consistent adoption, integration, and alignment with strategic outcomes • Contribute to content governance, templates, and standard work to ensure consistency across fundamentals

• Lead design execution across brand, web, decks, social, and paid media • Build and maintain scalable brand systems, style guides, and component libraries in Figma • Translate creative direction and strategy into polished, production-ready assets • Support web design with wireframes and layouts (Webflow build skills a plus, not required) • Create internal Radiance marketing assets including case studies, decks, and visual narratives • Ensure consistency, quality, and organization of assets within The Source • Participate in critiques, concept development, and collaborative reviews • Balance speed and craft—shipping excellent work without over-polish

• Creating user-centered IVR designs for speech and DTMF applications (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency). • Gather and analyze business and user requirements for IVR applications. • Design end-to-end call flows for speech and DTMF-based IVR experiences. • Create design specifications and documentation for IVR implementations. • Collaborate with Product Owners to shape and refine voice user experiences. • Create user stories for developers and speech scientists to implement designs. • Support speech scientists with grammar design and tuning. • Conduct usability testing and analyze results to improve IVR performance. • Tune IVR applications to optimize recognition accuracy and user experience. • Communicate design rationale and methodology to stakeholders.
