• projektowanie, rozwój i utrzymanie dashboardów oraz raportów w Power BI • tworzenie i optymalizacja modeli danych (tabele faktów, wymiary, relacje, hierarchie) • definiowanie miar i KPI z użyciem DAX zgodnie z uzgodnionymi standardami biznesowymi • zapewnienie spójnej, czytelnej i ergonomicznej wizualizacji danych z uwzględnieniem zasad UX • utrzymywanie słowników pojęć, definicji KPI i dokumentacji raportów • współpraca z zespołami Data Engineering w zakresie jakości i struktury danych • zbieranie i analiza wymagań raportowych od interesariuszy biznesowych • testowanie raportów pod kątem poprawności danych, wydajności i logiki biznesowej • rozwój i dostosowywanie istniejących raportów do zmieniających się potrzeb organizacji • wsparcie użytkowników w interpretacji danych i korzystaniu z raportów • wspieranie projektów automatyzacji procesów, w tym integracji raportów z Power Automate • udział w inicjatywach data‑driven oraz projektach optymalizacyjnych w obszarze Customer Care

Role Description Bad Robot Games is looking for a Principal Level Designer to utilize their expertise and help us ship 4:LOOP. As a Principal Level Designer, you will be at the center of multiple disciplines working together to make our levels polished and fun to play. - Own gameplay-focused design work for combat maps - Work with Designers, Artists, Engineers, Animators, and our Narrative team to create compelling environments that reflect the game's creative vision - Build and implement layouts using set game metrics with Unreal Engine - Work in Unreal Blueprints - Help maintain consistent navmesh and gameplay metrics throughout our levels - Prioritize well, meet project deadlines, and communicate progress clearly and frequently - Present design ideas, receive feedback, and adjust accordingly with rapid iteration - Playtest and iterate on implemented levels to polish - Help drive external/outsourced level development - Implement level design assets across all areas of the game, collaborating to ensure that levels are implemented appropriately in the game engine by internal and external collaborators Qualifications - A portfolio with a strong sense of scale, pacing and spatial design - Experience working on a multiplayer shooter title and an understanding of shooter gameplay mechanics - 10+ years of Level Design experience with at least one shipped game in Unreal Engine - Expertise using 3D design packages such as Maya, Blender, or 3DS Max - Deep understanding of shooter combat design - Expertise with Unreal Engine & Blueprints - Experience working with Outsource teams to achieve excellent environments and level design - Ability to improvise and creatively solve problems in collaboration with other artists and designers - Self-motivated and able to work independently and take initiative Requirements - All of our roles require up to 10% air travel.
