QA Engineer
BLEN, Inc.
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions. • Combine comprehensive testing methodologies, technical expertise, and business needs understanding to validate products. • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to design and implement testing strategies. • Identify and resolve issues to improve development processes. • Maintain high standards of software quality and enhance user satisfaction across all solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Experience with Selenium, SonarQube, aXe, pa11y, NeoLoad, and Postman
- Progressive experience with relevant technologies, understands roles with which they interact and how their work impacts business goals
- Demonstrates moderate knowledge in testing methodologies
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be a US Citizen or legal resident and able to work domestically
- Must be able to attain low-level security clearance.
