• Responsible for the Quality segment of GSI NAM from inquiry to order, order to remittance, including closeout & warranty on projects • Identify, develop, & deliver documented quality deliverables for the project to the customer & supplier • Ensure GSI NAM’s Quality program is thoroughly represented in all offerings • Support the project through inspections and factory acceptance testing • Work closely with suppliers and sub-contractors to deliver equipment and construction requirements • Ensure equipment and site work deliverables are identified and communicated with suppliers & subcontractors • Develop and deliver on quality requirements, solve problems • Influence a quality-minded culture, develop, and execute objectives for self and others • Ensure compliance to all quality requirements from Project Management process and GEV standards • Foster Quality Assurance and Quality Control in all execution areas • Assure fulfillment of all contractual commitments to the Customer • Lead project quality activities across ITO and OTR phases • Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans • Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate quality activities across stakeholders • Support and oversee FATs, inspections, customer visits, supplier surveillance, and project site visits • Track project quality KPIs, manage deviations, non-conformances, and corrective actions

• responsible for supporting suppliers across the globe, including both supplier capability and quality responsibilities • parts qualification, supplier capability and quality (assurance & control) responsibilities across supplier development, and monitoring activities • responsible for the Supplier Management activities within the NAM Region which will include managing suppliers globally based on the equipment being supplied • supplier quality management, engineering quality assurance, non-conformance and corrective / preventative action planning, quality audits and compliance, continuous improvement & lessons learned, as well as documentation management • responsible for execution of QMS and Compliance requirements associated with Supplier Quality Management • ensures engineering deliverables comply with: Client specifications and U.S. standards (IEEE, ANSI, NEMA, NEC) • plan and conduct: Internal process & project quality audits; Supplier audits, Site audits • ensure compliance with: ISO 9001, Client-specific quality requirements, and Regulatory requirements in the U.S. • support design reviews with a focus on: Constructability, Quality risks, risk mitigation, Lessons learned integration as well as verify proper document control and traceability • responsible for key Supplier Management metrics such as quality performance – first time right, First Pass Yield, RCA Completion – timeliness, aging, CAPA, CoPQ, Supplier Cost Recovery

• Drive quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation • Collaborate with Engineering and Sourcing to select and approve suppliers through approval and qualification processes • Own supplier assessments, part/process qualification supplier results • Drive improvements utilizing supplier scorecards • Own ongoing supplier audits, and supplier monitoring ensuring compliance, and driving improvement plans where needed • Participate in Design Reviews to optimize manufacturability of new designs

• Assess potential suppliers based on quality capabilities, production capacity, and compliance with company standards • Participate in on-site audits at supplier facilities to verify quality control processes • Collaborate with suppliers to identify and implement process improvements • Maintain detailed records of supplier quality performance • Work proactively with purchasing and engineering teams to manage supplier quality concerns • Perform project execution activities focusing on quality control of procurement activities • Provide technical guidance to suppliers to assure product/process compliance • Execute supplier quality surveillance program for supplier activities • Write and review technical quality documents, plans, and procedures • Support future error prevention through the use of corrective action processes
