Senior IT Platform Engineer

• Act as the technical reference for administration of Microsoft environments and collaboration platforms, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Active Directory, ADFS, Exchange, Endpoint Configuration Manager and Windows Server. • Manage, maintain and evolve Windows Client, macOS and Linux operating systems, as well as Android and iOS mobile devices. • Develop and advance integrations, automations and pipelines with processes external to the IT Platform. • Provide a paved-road platform, accelerating solution delivery within technical, architectural and security standards. • Work on process automation to gain operational efficiency and improve incident handling. • Manage infrastructure capacity, scalability and configuration, ensuring performance, availability and sustainable growth. • Monitor technology metrics and indicators to identify trends, issues and opportunities for continuous improvement. • Define and evolve technical guidelines, roadmaps and strategies, including Artificial Intelligence initiatives, aligned with business needs. • Work with a strong focus on information security, data governance and algorithmic responsibility, ensuring compliance and protection against internal and external threats. • Conduct diagnostics, technical assessments and architectural analyses, proposing improvements and evolution of existing solutions. • Facilitate communication between technical teams, product teams and executive areas, translating strategic needs into high-impact solutions. • Prepare presentations, technical materials and supporting content for alignment meetings with stakeholders. • Share knowledge and best practices on infrastructure, operations, automation, APIs, microservices and AI frameworks with the chapter and product teams. • Participate in technical discussions ensuring scalability, sustainability and solution quality. • Manage IT assets, ensuring control and updating of hardware and software inventory. • Oversee hardware validation and testing processes, ensuring compatibility with corporate standards. • Support the planning and execution of infrastructure and technology modernization projects. • Produce and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for the services under your responsibility. • Provide second-level support when necessary, in alignment with the technical support team. • Act proactively, communicate well and make collaborative decisions, considering the impact of solutions across the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Specialization or MBA completed or in progress in Information Technology or related fields.
  • Experience with: Microsoft 365, Azure / Entra ID, Active Directory, ADFS, Exchange, Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, Windows Server.
  • Experience with Windows Client, macOS and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience in support and administration of Microsoft environments and collaboration platforms.
  • Knowledge of automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible, Rundeck, Azure Automation, UiPath or similar.
  • Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL Foundation).
  • Experience with Agile and Lean methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Microsoft certifications.
  • Knowledge of information security best practices and key technologies.
  • Desirable: knowledge of FinOps.
