• Research, identify, and engage potential prospects through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.). • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls or product demos for Account Executives. • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities through diligent prospecting efforts. • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition. • Collaborate with Account Executives and the Sales VP to develop prospecting strategies • Log all activities, notes, and interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate pipeline tracking. • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked). • Act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for the company
Job Requirements
- 0–2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
- Familiarity with SaaS sales or B2B technology sales is highly preferred.
- Must be comfortable with performing task such as cold calling and other outreach initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-driven.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and handle objections professionally.
- Comfortable working in a remote startup environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools like Hubspot is a big plus
- Eagerness to learn and grow into an Account Executive role over time.
- Must have their own equipment

Qualifications - Proven track record in sales, complex negotiations, and customer relationship management (PPE industry experience is a plus). - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with data visualization tools. - Solid understanding of financial math and basic principles of Brazilian accounting legislation (taxes, margins, etc.). - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/Sales Force Management systems is highly preferred. - A proactive, problem-solving approach with a "consultative selling" style.
