• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation strategies. • Identify and qualify potential clients within target industries and decision-maker profiles. • Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives and senior sales team members. • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce. • Research prospects and personalize outreach to improve engagement and conversion rates. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation campaigns. • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities. • Build strong product knowledge of the company’s IT software solutions and communicate value propositions effectively.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales.
- Previous experience selling IT software, SaaS products, or technology services is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar tools.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and conducting cold outreach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
