Title: IntelliMatch Developer/Architect - INTL India Location: India, Remote Job Description: Insight Global is seeking an IntelliMatch (DIM) Developer / Architect for a top financial services client. This role is open to senior IntelliMatch professionals who bring strong hands-on development experience and the ability to influence technical direction. Depending on background, the individual may focus primarily on development and delivery or take on broader architectural ownership while remaining actively involved in implementation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working end-to-end—from requirements and design through build, testing, and release—within a complex enterprise IntelliMatch environment. Day-to-Day: - Analyze business and technical requirements to design and enhance IntelliMatch reconciliations - Configure, develop, and customize IntelliMatch (DIM) solutions to support new and existing workflows - Build and maintain MS SQL stored procedures and supporting code - Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery planning alongside project leadership - Contribute to or lead architectural decisions, technical standards, and best practices (as applicable) - Design or support integrations between IntelliMatch and upstream/downstream systems - Participate in testing, defect resolution, and go-live support - Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and BAU support materials - Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability of the IntelliMatch environment This is a contract position for 12 months with extensions and can sit 100% remote in India. • Lead tailored product demonstrations of Centrik, Tech Log and Smart Docs for prospects and existing customers • Support Account Executives and Account Managers throughout the sales cycle - from early-stage discovery through to technical sign-off - providing product expertise at the right moments • Design and deliver proof-of-concept scenarios and sandbox environments that allow prospects to experience TrustFlight products in the context of their own operations • Run structured technical and functional discovery sessions that surface the operational workflows, pain points and regulatory requirements driving each opportunity • Understand how a prospect’s existing systems interact with safety, quality and documentation workflows • Contribute to TrustFlight’s responses to RFPs and RFIs, bringing product and domain expertise to ensure responses are accurate, differentiated and credible • Act as a trusted internal resource on TrustFlight product capability • Support onboarding of new Account Executives and Account Managers, helping them build product fluency and confidence in the TrustFlight portfolio

• Build custom solutions for customers that integrate with Domino to enhance the customer experience. The solutions built should be well documented, tested, and the rest of the PS team should be enabled on the solution • Collaborate with the larger Domino team to ensure that the customer's voice is being heard with regards to feature or bug prioritization as well as feedback on the platform • Create reproducible artifacts that address recurring client needs, enhancing efficiency and consistency in our delivery process. These artifacts should follow best practices, be tested in various scenarios, and have thorough documentation • Regularly solicit feedback from customers regarding the quality, effectiveness, and relevance of solutions delivered. Use this feedback not only as a metric of personal success but also as a means to identify areas of improvement, ensuring that the solutions provided align perfectly with client needs and expectations

• Leading the delivery of change across Strategic initiatives, Small Change, KTLO (Keep the Lights On), and large-scale technology programmes. • Line managing a team of engineers, developers, and architects responsible for delivery. • Acting as the primary escalation point for the team, removing blockers, supporting prioritisation, and providing technical and delivery guidance. • Cascading objectives and tracking performance against agreed goals throughout the year. • Owning solution design and architecture oversight for both SAP and non-SAP integrations. • Acting as a subject matter expert for integration design, build, and deployment across the organisation. • Partnering with Technology Teams, Solution Architects, and Process Leads to deliver interfaces aligned to business requirements and best practice. • Reviewing and approving technical integration solutions and associated changes. • Leading proof of concepts (POCs) to assess the value of middleware tools and technologies. • Ensuring systems are scalable, optimised, and meet SLA and performance requirements. • Overseeing integration application uptime, monitoring, and support operations. • Managing and maintaining the technical debt backlog across integration platforms to ensure a healthy, maintainable landscape. • Ensuring adherence to development standards, processes, and governance frameworks. • Supporting the successful delivery of integrations across ERP and eCommerce platforms in line with security and performance standards. • Engaging with global stakeholders to identify and implement best practices. • Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior and mid-level engineers.
