Role Description As an AI Solutions Architect, you will design and deliver advanced, scalable solutions that power our clients’ transformation. You’ll lead technical strategy, guide cross-functional teams, and shape high-impact architectures across AI, cloud, data, and software engineering. What You’ll Do - Lead solution architecture for complex AI, cloud, and data initiatives—from strategy through delivery. - Identify and translate client requirements into robust technical designs and implementation plans. - Guide project teams to ensure high-quality execution, utilization, and profitability. - Design, implement, and validate advanced AI, ML, cloud, analytics, and software solutions. - Champion technical excellence—mentoring peers, developing reusable practices, and contributing to internal IP. - Support pre‑sales efforts with architecture insight, technical scoping, and solution leadership. - Drive adoption of new technologies through training, enablement, and thought leadership. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on technical experience. - Depth across multiple domains, with strong proficiency in at least one: - AI/ML & Agentic Systems: Designing and deploying GenAI and agentic workflows, ML/LLMOps pipelines, experimentation frameworks, and production-grade AI solutions. - Cloud Architecture: Azure and/or AWS solution design, cloud-native patterns, and distributed systems. - Data Engineering & Analytics: Architecting big data systems, vector/embedding architectures, Spark-based workloads. - Software Engineering: Python, SQL, Java, C++, modern frameworks, DevOps, CI/CD. Requirements - Preferred Certifications (or equivalent experience): - AWS: ML Specialty, Solutions Architect, Data Analytics Specialty, AI Practitioner, ML Engineer - Azure: Data Scientist Associate, AI Engineer, Solutions Architect Expert, Generative AI Fundamentals - Databricks: ML Associate/Professional, Data Engineer Associate, Generative AI Engineer Associate - A strong communicator who can engage both engineers and executives. - A relationship-builder who collaborates closely with partners and clients. - Able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic consulting environment. - Experienced mentoring peers and contributing to internal initiatives (training, recruiting, knowledge sharing).
