Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Real Estate Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing innovative technology solutions that address complex challenges within our real estate operations. Every day you will collaborate with real estate business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to understand requirements, evaluate existing systems, and architect scalable, secure, and integrated solutions. You will be expected to create technical roadmaps, define system specifications, oversee implementation phases, and ensure that our real estate technology investments align with strategic business objectives.To be successful in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of real estate business processes and technology, strong architectural design skills, expertise in enterprise software solutions (e.g., Yardi, MRI, Salesforce), and proven experience in translating business needs into effective technical solutions. - Act as the CommonSpirit Technology Services champion with internal and external stakeholders regarding security, compliance, feature and product roadmaps, remediation, and service level agreements. - Mentor, and coach Solution Architects I to build their skills and readiness in technology, portfolio, and platform responsibilities. - Lead focused proof-of-concept activities for technology assessments, communicate findings, develop portfolio roadmaps, investment prioritization, and successful implementation and adoption. - Be known as the subject matter expert for their portfolios/platforms and actively collaborate with other Solution Architects on IT standards, innovation and integration opportunities to enable new value chains and business efficiencies. - Act as the IT standards owner for several technology, platform, or portfolio domains and facilitate a collaborative process to establish, gain consensus, and communicate standards. - Drive adherence to IT strategy and IT standards in design processes for 3rd party services, products acquired, internal services, integrated hosted solutions, and hardware/software vendors. Job Requirements 5-8 years of experience in technology solutions engineering, technical infrastructure, or technical operations1-3 years of experience in the healthcare or medical industry Bachelors Degree Subject matter expertise in multiple technology areas, such as mobile solutions, open source systems, SOA, cloud computing, security and identity management, data warehousing and analytics, voice and data network architectures, storage technologies, and SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS relationships Strong time management and multi-tasking skills Career and technical progression from hand-on support, development, design, and architecture to portfolio-level responsibilities including standards, strategy, product, and capability roadmaps Demonstrated leadership driving technology solutions from design through implementation thru a flexible staffing model which leverages cross-functional teams comprised of employees, vendors, outsource partners, and contractors across multiple locations Proven ability to drive complex technical solutions which may include both legacy and converging technology use at a portfolio or enterprise level through education and partnership with stakeholders Proven ability to direct technical evaluations of IT issues and products Awareness and understanding of emerging trends and technologies in IT and Healthcare Proven ability thru experience to diagnose complex technical problems in a multi-layered enterprise solution environment encompassing both vendor and custom built solutions Deep knowledge of information, software and technology infrastructure management principles, methods, standards, and techniques Communication and presentation skills appropriate for executive and ‘C’ level interaction Relentless pursuit of service excellence at both project and operational levels Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with operational/production leadership as well as strategic planners

• Create and deliver customer-centric solution designs, proposed architectures and business outcomes to all levels – developers, architects, CTO, and CIO • Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Services, Support, Training, and Engineering to share Cloudera’s Vision with customers • Advise customers on use case patterns through discovery and requirements workshops • Transform customer feedback into actionable product roadmap items • Work with teammates and management to define technical selling strategy • Participate within the Cloudera community, share evangelism activities (blogs, meetups, industry events), and contribute to internal and external knowledge repositories

• As a Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with the sales team, prospects and existing clients to uncover challenges and design compelling solutions using the IFS Copperleaf decision analytics platform. • This role is key in demonstrating the positive outcomes of our product suite to prospective clients across the region. • You will need to be comfortable having close dialogue with external stakeholders, including C-level, technical management, and architectural teams to position IFS as the partner of choice for the adoption and enablement of IFS Copperleaf solutions in our core industry verticals. • Develop industry knowledge to become a trusted advisor and key technology ambassador for our customers and prospects. • Delivering impactful product demos and executive briefings (virtual and on-site) • Designing enterprise-level technology solutions • Providing technical leadership in the sales process • Engaging with the industry at external events

• Lead the design, build, and optimisation of business-critical applications and automation solutions • Combine architecture leadership with hands-on engineering to accelerate delivery, reliability, and scale • Work with relevant stakeholders to understand user requirements • Analyse current issues/gaps and identify improvement opportunities • Own end-to-end lifecycle: discovery, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition to operations • Create apps and automation: improve user experience and efficiency by digitalizing manual business workflow/process • Implement automation across CI/CD, infrastructure as code, release management, and test automation • Engineer integrations and APIs; design event-driven workflows and orchestration across SaaS/enterprise platforms • Establish and enforce best practices for security, reliability, performance, and cost optimisation • Collaborate with product/operations to refine requirements, maintain backlogs, and deliver incremental value • Build observability (logging, metrics, tracing); lead incident response and root-cause analysis • Mentor engineers, lead design/code reviews, and maintain technical documentation and standards • Contribute to governance: estimation, risk management, change control, and stakeholder communication • Track KPIs (deploy frequency, lead time, MTTR, defect rates) and drive continuous improvement
