Role Description The Regional Architect Manager leads a team of approximately 10 Solutions Architects in the Southeast United States, serving as both a hands-on technical leader and a people-first manager within Insight's North America Infrastructure Solutions organization. This role is part of Insight's presales Solutions Engineering and Architecture function, which designs outcome-based solutions that address complex client challenges across five core infrastructure domains: - Cloud, Compute & Storage - Security - Managed Services - AI & Automation - Networking, IoT & Edge Reporting to the Regional Architect Director, this manager serves as the critical link between Insight's regional sales teams and its technical delivery capabilities. Role Description As a Fleet Technician W2 with Insight, you will be in a customer-facing role with primary duties of deploying 12-volt technology solutions in fleet vehicles. - Deploy 12-volt technology solutions in fleet vehicles. - Go through training for proper installation and use of our client’s hardware & software. - Provide your own tools (e.g., wrenches, sockets, wire cutters/strippers, portable soldering iron, portable drill, etc.). - Demonstrate competence in troubleshooting, including the use of tools such as a multimeter. Qualifications - Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. - Specific vision abilities required include close vision due to computer work. - Light to moderate lifting required, up to 50 pounds. - Ability to uphold the stress of traveling.
