• Define and own the program roadmap, scope boundaries, milestones, and success criteria across all stages of the migration. • Act as the single accountable owner for delivery outcomes, ensuring time, quality, and value realization goals are met. • Govern collaboration between Managed Service Providers, Web Platform Teams, and various Business Areas to ensure alignment. • Ensure all platform foundations are future-proof, following AEMaaCS best practices, EDS alignment, DevOps, and cloud security standards. • Oversee budget, resourcing, risk, and dependency management while driving standardization for large-scale migrations. • Own executive reporting and steering committee communication to ensure transparency and strategic alignment.
Job Requirements
- Senior Program Management Experience: Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-vendor, and multi-site programs.
- AEM & Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of AEMaaCS / Cloud-first delivery in combination with custom/3rd party APIs and microservices.
- Migration & Change Management: Proven experience with large-scale platform migrations and organizational operating model changes.
- Agile Methodology: Solid experience with Agile Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex business and IT environments.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to define clear scope and success criteria validated at the executive level.
- Analytical Mindset: Focused on performance metrics, such as migration throughput, cost optimization, and platform stability.
- Language: Fluent in English.
