Job Description The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for executing NBCU's strategy and work in an HRIT technology team focused on Recruiting and Onboarding solutions. Currently, the application portfolio includes SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, and ClickBoarding products, which are expected to be consolidated within a 3-5 year time frame. Engagement with HR business partners is a critical competency of this role. Collaboration with a team of technology professionals as well as engaging with vendors and an engineering team are essential tasks to perform project and support activities. This role requires hands-on application configuration and testing work, as well as collaborating across teams to enable enhancement development, reporting/analytics and security requirements for holistic solutions. Responsibilities - Engage with business partners to understand processes in scope, requirements, and business needs for support and project work - Collaborate with vendors, business partners, and IT teams to provide the best solution based on requirements - Provide innovative solutions beyond system limitations - Execute system configuration and create reports (Report Stories, BIRT, other native reporting tools, etc.) - Collaborate on authorization model designs and work with engineering teams for enhancement/automation requirements (SAP BTP, automations, AI) - Manage and execute project activities for applications/modules in scope - Provide day-to-day support for applications/modules (tickets, vendor release adoption, IT governance tasks, enhancements, etc.) - Ability to navigate SAP HCM OM/PA modules for Talent Management specific data, understand and create RICEF specifications - Continuously review and optimize existing SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and other 3rd party SaaS solutions Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or other relevant fields in technology, or equivalent professional experience - 2+ years of delivering high-quality HR/IT solutions and related project/support work - 2+ years experience with core HR systems (preferred SAP HCM / SF Employee Central) and employee life cycle management (hire-to-retire) - Hands-on configuration experience in SuccessFactors, or similar HR systems - 2+ years experience with SaaS HR solutions, specifically SuccessFactors, optional SmartRecruiters and PageUp - 2+ years of experience in requirements gathering techniques, solution modeling, and documentation - Expertise in SuccessFactors Onboarding (primarily 2.0); Employee Central / BizX / IAS touch point - Understanding of SaaS recruiting solutions - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Foundational knowledge of HR Talent Management processes, specifically for the applications/modules in scope - Excellent project/task management skills with a track record of successful delivery - Proven ability to collaborate across business, operations, and IT teams (incl. engineering/development) to create holistic solutions - Availability for critical after-hours production deployments, system upgrades, data corrections, and patching - Ability to work with teams/team members across multiple office locations/geographies - Excellent communication skills - Occasional travel within the USA Preferred Qualifications: PageUp and SmartRecruiters SaaS solutions Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
