Role Description - Technical Expertise in Unified Communications: - Proven background in unified communications systems. - Essential experience with Voice-Over-IP (VoIP) and Unified Communications. - Strong understanding of VoIP fundamentals and voice/data architectures. - Networking & System Administration: - Strong general knowledge of IP networking protocols and security. - Experience with Broadcom VMWare and KVM Administration. - Proficiency in Windows OS 2016, 2019, and 2022 Server. - General knowledge of Microsoft AD, SQL DB, Windows OS, and RHEL. - Ability to install, operate, and maintain data networked software applications, components, and operating systems. - General knowledge of encryption and protocols. - Information Assurance & Procedures: - Strong general knowledge of Information Assurance and implementation. - Skill in developing and documenting backup procedures and network requirements. - Communication & Professionalism: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to present complex technical topics to non-technical audiences. - Must demonstrate attention to detail and maintain a flawless execution mindset. - Work Style: - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking. - Ability to maintain focus in a high-pressure environment. - Ability to work effectively both individually and in team environments, meeting onsite customer requirements. - Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities, environments, and cultures. - 50%+ travel internationally and domestically based on projects. - Security: - Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract(s). - Active Clearances are a plus but are not required. This role is critical in ensuring efficient inventory control, accurate data management, and cross departmental coordination.
