Sales Manager
Sinch
• Own a Mid-Market sales quota for Sinch’s email solutions in North America • Prospect and engage target accounts with a focus on net new logo acquisition. • Identify pain points across email deliverability, infrastructure, and messaging strategy, and position Sinch’s solutions to solve them • Lead the sales cycle from discovery to negotiation, legal, and contract signature • Map out buying committees across Marketing, Product, IT, and Compliance • Articulate the technical and commercial value of Sinch email through ROI, scale, and performance • Partner cross-functionally with solution engineering, product, marketing, and legal to close business • Use Salesforce and MEDDPICC to maintain pipeline accuracy and forecast with confidence
Job Requirements
- An experienced sales hunter with a proven track record of sourcing and closing net-new logos
- Experienced in selling email infrastructure, deliverability, and platform solutions to enterprise stakeholders
- Skilled at navigating and closing deals from $10K to over $100K with sales cycles up to 6 months
- Comfortable selling to V- and C-level marketers, product leads, and IT stakeholders
- Knowledgeable about ESP migration, SMTP, APIs, inbox placement, engagement analytics, and compliance frameworks
- Self-driven, organized, and highly accountable in managing your own pipeline and outreach

Role Description We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
