• Business Development: Identify, prospect, and qualify new opportunities within federal, civilian, or DoD agencies to build a robust sales pipeline.**• Proposal Support: Assist our proposal team in constructing industry leading proposals to meet government requirements.**• Relationship Management: Build trust with government buyers, procurement officers, and key stakeholders, often navigating complex, multi-level organizations.**• Compliance & Contracting: Understand federal acquisition regulations, procurement processes, and contract vehicles (e.g., GSA schedules, IDIQs).**• Research & Target Identification: Using CRM and research tools (e.g., Salesforce, GovWin) to identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within government agencies.**• Strategic Selling: Develop and conduct product demonstrations and leverage partner ecosystems to expand market share.**• Market Intelligence: Monitor government funding cycles, industry trends, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.**• CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of interactions, activities, and contact information in Salesforce.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B or government sales, with 3–10 years of sales experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or technical solutions.**
  • Knowledge: Understanding of federal buying habits, long-cycle sales, and government procurement regulations.**
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.**
  • Background Check: Ability to pass security clearance or background checks/investigations, often required for site access.**
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications - H.S. Diploma or Equivalent with 2 Years Relevant experience or Associate's Degree. - 2 Years Applicable work experience in Patient Access, Preregistration/Verification, Scheduling or Patient Accounting (Central Business Office). - 6 Months Epic experience will be considered in lieu of 3 years of applicable work experience, preferably in Patient Access, Pre-registration/Verification (Epic Grand Central), Scheduling (Epic Cadence) or Patient Accounting (Central Business Office)(Epic Resolute Professional or Hospital Billing). Requirements - Other EPIC’s Grand Central, Prelude, Resolute, Cadence or OpTime certifications Upon Hire Preferred. - Prior training experience and expertise is strongly desired; a passion for the education of adults, clinical experience preferred but not required. - Knowledge of THR clinical and operational workflows, as well as policy and procedures is beneficial. - Ability to consistently present scripted training materials to large groups, and to conduct engaging and effective training sessions to diverse audiences including management staff, nurses, medical assistants, ancillary support staff, physicians, mid-level providers (NP & PA) and others. - Well respected by peers and management and viewed as a trusted resource. - Patience, with the ability to adapt to challenging classroom situations & personalities. - Outstanding customer service, people and organizational skills. - Excellent orientation: Constantly looks for ways to improve personal and organizational performance. - Ability to maintain a high-level of energy, adaptability and flexibility necessary for this project. - A prior knowledge and expertise in information technology is not required.
