• End-to-End Sales Ownership: Responsible for the entire sales cycle from first contact through closing • Inbound Excellence (~70%): Structured qualification and conversion of pre-qualified leads • Outbound Drive (~30%): Active pipeline generation via walk-ins, events and referrals • Consultative Selling: Needs-based advisory approach with a focus on delivering real value and building sustainable customer relationships • Enterprise and Project Business: Management and closing of complex sales projects with sophisticated customer structures such as MVZ (medical care centers), groups and DSOs • Stakeholder Management: Confident handling of multiple decision-makers across different levels • Performance and Forecasting: Reliable pipeline management, reporting and ownership of forecasts
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Demonstrable success in closing deals, including in complex sales cycles
- Experience working with demanding customers and larger deal structures is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and confidence in negotiation
- Ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively
- Structured, data-driven and self-directed way of working
- Experience in the dental field (e.g., ZFA — dental assistant, ZMV — dental practice manager, dentist) is a plus
- Understanding of dental practice workflows and their economic implications

Role Description The Account Specialist position is responsible for all aspects of executing the day-to-day relationship with the stores in his/her territory/route. The success and compensation for the position will be based upon his/her ability to: - Grow sales in each store - Increase the number of demos in each store - Increase the number of displays in each store - Maintain excellent relationships with all store management and personnel Essential Functions include: - Present, sell and execute all promotional activity at a store level or Regional level (if applicable). - Develop new product presentations and execute item development plan for these new items. - Develop plans for item placement and off-shelf merchandising for all items on promotion. - Develop strategy for sell through on any residual product following promotional time periods. - Demonstrate fiscal responsibility and accountability for all business in assigned territory. - Assist in planning and executing all Demonstration Events/Programs. - Work with store level personnel on details of all events including: - Products to be demonstrated - Quantities needed - Locations - Product education - Ensure execution of each event - Assist in planning and executing all display programs as designated and developed by the customer both at store level and corporate headquarter level. - Assemble end-caps, side-caps, kick-out displays, etc. as determined by the Planned Display Program. - Determine sufficient inventory levels for displays and to achieve minimal residual quantities. - Monitor all “Shelf Edge Management and Store Replenishment Systems” activity to ensure completion within designated timelines. - Ensure merchandising execution and plan-o-gram and order integrity to achieve 100% distribution with minimal out of stocks. - Monitor activities with new store sets and Wall-to-Wall Resets/Remodels. - Coordinate actual reset activity at store level with assigned Merchandising Team. - Monitor all set work for accuracy and on-time completion. - Execute shelf tag integrity to ensure all items are properly tagged and priced. - Present and complete all store level surveys as needed by the customer, manufacturer, Divisional & Corporate Offices, etc. - Provide ongoing product education and expertise to both the consumer and store level personnel regarding specialty foods items/brands. - Coordinate and present educational seminars to store level personnel to support new item introductions, trends, holiday events, ethnic cuisine, etc. - Seek continued product knowledge to become a specialty product “expert”. - Identify and communicate new customer opportunities including KeHE Direct within the sales territory. - Monitor and communicate competitive activities and opportunities within assigned sales territory. • Own a Mid-Market sales quota for Sinch’s email solutions in North America • Prospect and engage target accounts with a focus on net new logo acquisition. • Identify pain points across email deliverability, infrastructure, and messaging strategy, and position Sinch’s solutions to solve them • Lead the sales cycle from discovery to negotiation, legal, and contract signature • Map out buying committees across Marketing, Product, IT, and Compliance • Articulate the technical and commercial value of Sinch email through ROI, scale, and performance • Partner cross-functionally with solution engineering, product, marketing, and legal to close business • Use Salesforce and MEDDPICC to maintain pipeline accuracy and forecast with confidence
Role Description We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support outbound prospecting and appointment setting. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for assigned clients, engaging prospects via outbound calls and email to qualify interest and schedule discovery meetings with sales teams. Responsibilities - Sales Outreach - Email Sequence Administration - Filter contact lists in HubSpot to create enrollment segments for email sequences. - Enroll prospects into targeted, multi-step email sequences to support outbound sales efforts. - Manage and maintain email sequences, timing, and segmentation to ensure relevant and effective outreach. - Sales Outreach - Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting - Make 60–100 outbound dials per day. - Follow the approved outreach script, messaging flows, and objection-handling framework provided for each client. - Set qualified discovery meetings directly on the client’s calendar following defined qualification criteria. - Log all call outcomes, notes, and dispositions inside the client’s HubSpot CRM. - Return inbound calls from prospects who respond to your outreach. - Listen to voicemails, call back promptly, and log all activity inside HubSpot. - Continue nurturing warm prospects with follow-up messaging and call attempts according to cadence. Qualifications - C1 English or equivalent - 1-2+ years in outbound sales, cold calling, call center, or SDR/BDR roles. - Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone. - Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRMs. - Ability to follow structured scripts and appointment-setting frameworks consistently. - High attention to detail with call logs, notes, and CRM processes. - Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently within daily activity targets.
