Associate Production Designer

• Execute and adapt existing design concepts across multiple formats (digital, print, presentations, and marketing materials) • Design, format, and update high volumes of PowerPoint presentations, ensuring consistency, clarity, and visual quality • Produce high volumes of design assets including brochures, long-form reports, white papers, case studies, internal policy and communications, digital advertising, and social media assets with speed, accuracy, and an attention to detail • Apply brand standards and design systems consistently across all deliverables • Prepare final production-ready files, including resizing, formatting, and versioning • Coordinate with external vendors and print partners to produce physical assets, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery • Manage file organization and asset libraries for efficient team use • Implement feedback from senior designers and stakeholders quickly and accurately • Collaborate with internal teams to support project timelines and business needs • Work effectively in a remote environment, maintaining clear communication and accountability
Job Requirements
- 0–3 years of design experience (internships, freelance, or full-time)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) AND Figma (required)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including layout, formatting, and template-based design (required)
- A detail focused designer with strong organizational skills who demonstrates a clear command of grammar, spelling, editing, and copyrighting
- Ability to follow direction and apply feedback efficiently
- Comfort working on high-volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
- Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a distributed team setting
- Experience or comfort working with external vendors and coordinating production
- Experience preparing files for print production (bleeds, trims, specs, etc.)
- Familiarity with print specifications, materials, and vendor processes
- Understanding of layout, typography, and core design principles
- A portfolio demonstrating solid execution and craftsmanship
- Nice to Have: Experience working within brand guidelines or design systems
- Exposure to agency or in-house production environments
