Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Assistant

Role Description Career Land Center is looking for a motivated and resourceful Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our growing international recruitment operations. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, organized, and eager to build a career in recruitment across multiple industries in the U.S. and global markets. You will play a key role in sourcing candidates, managing job postings, and connecting top talent with the right opportunities. - Publish and manage job postings across CRM systems and job boards - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements - Review resumes/CVs and match candidates to open positions - Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and messaging platforms - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers - Maintain and update candidate records in CRM - Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates - Assist with international and U.S.-based recruitment processes - Promote job openings on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) - Support employer branding and talent attraction strategies - Track recruitment progress and report on placements Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - U.S. Recruitment Experience is a plus - Basic understanding of recruitment processes (training can be provided) - Comfortable using CRM systems, job boards, and social media - Detail-oriented with good organizational skills - Self-motivated and results-driven mindset Benefits - Commission-based compensation per successful placement - High earning potential for motivated individuals - Flexible working hours - Fully remote – work from any location - Opportunity to gain experience in international recruitment - Growth potential within the company Who This Role is For This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to grow in recruitment or HR.
