Role Description This role is remote; however, candidates must be located within reasonable proximity to one of our Maker’s Pride locations. A Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator plays a critical role within the TA team to create a positive experience for candidates and leaders in the hiring process. This role is responsible for driving the hiring process for general labor hiring within our plant facilities. The TA Coordinator provides support to both candidates and hiring teams by driving the process and providing excellent communication.
