Outbound Marketing, CRM Management Virtual Assistant

• Execute outbound email campaigns using pre-built templates and contact lists • Segment campaigns by target audience (developers, brokers, property owners, investors, etc.) • Customize messaging based on recipient type while maintaining consistency • Ensure timely and accurate campaign execution • Send and manage daily outreach emails • Personalize messaging where appropriate • Maintain a professional and polished U.S.-based communication style • Monitor responses and organize follow-ups • Maintain and update CRM pipelines in HubSpot • Track all outreach activities (email, LinkedIn, responses) • Keep contact records clean, structured, and up to date • Add and organize new contacts consistently • Execute connection requests and follow-up messaging campaigns on LinkedIn • Track outreach activity and engagement • Research and identify qualified prospects: Real estate developers, Commercial brokers, Investors, Property owners, Engineers / design professionals • Build and verify contact lists (email + LinkedIn) • Add approximately 50–150 qualified contacts per week
Job Requirements
- 2–4+ years experience in marketing support, lead generation, or outreach roles
- Strong experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience with: Email marketing tools, LinkedIn outreach strategies
- Excellent written English with professional U.S. tone
- Strong English communication skills (clarity and proficiency prioritized over accent)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to follow structured systems and meet daily/weekly targets
- Self-starter with strong time management skills.
