Role Description The Recruitment Coordinator is the right hand to our Senior Recruitment Manager and a fundamental part of the Talent Management team. The ideal candidate has a deep commitment to learning, a passion for HR/recruiting, and a strong sense of purpose and vision. Accountability, tenacious follow-through, and self-motivation are all desired characteristics of our ideal coordinator. Your Main Focus Will Be: - Heavy administrative support throughout the full recruiting and onboarding cycle, handling several labor-level openings during peak season. - Support the Senior Recruitment Manager and team in providing a seamless candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the selection, interview, and hiring process. - Assist with virtual interviews, phone screens, and resume review, as directed by the Senior Recruitment Manager. - Participate in the management and execution of hiring events and career fairs. - Schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews, confirming logistics with candidates and the interview team. - Maintain and help build out candidate profiles in Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System. - Shape our social media presence from the ground up with compelling content that will build our employment brand. - Responsible for compliance with DOT regulations for all driver candidates. - Prepare reports on key recruiting metrics. - Manage, track, and follow up on pre-employment processes, including background checks and drug testing, to ensure timely completion of all required paperwork. - Own and manage high-volume candidate messaging through the texting platform, maintaining responsiveness and a positive candidate experience. - Participate in special projects as required. - Provide general support to the HR and talent management team as required. Qualifications - B.A. in a related field is helpful, but not required. - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Assistant or Administrative Assistant. - Any experience in a recruiting agency is a plus. - Interest and desire to pursue a career in recruiting and/or HR. - Must be able to work independently in a remote environment under tight deadlines. - Ability to work some evenings for hiring events. - Experience with scheduling tools and/or advanced ATS systems is a benefit. - Ability to prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment. - Must be technically savvy and have strong attention to detail. - Strong organization, written, verbal communication, and listening skills. - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrates ability to think creatively, analytically, and strategically. Requirements - Hourly Salary: $29.00-$30.00
