Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced Apriso MES / Delmia Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of MES solutions across complex manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in Dassault Systems Delmia/Apriso platforms, full-stack .NET engineering, enterprise integrations, ETL pipelines, and multi-site MES/ERP orchestration. This role requires 7-10 years of prior experience architecting scalable solutions, troubleshooting mission-critical systems, and guiding cross-functional teams. Your Role: - MES / Apriso / Architecture, Development, & Integration: - Architect, configure, and customize Apriso MES solutions for multi-site, global manufacturing organizations. - Develop MES integrations with ERP systems including SAP MII and other middleware platforms. - Build, enhance, and troubleshoot MES modules including Quality, Material Management, Machine Integration, and Production flows. - Develop robust .NET applications, APIs, and services used for MES-ERP interoperability, provider portals, and enterprise web applications. - Modernize and upgrade legacy .NET applications, including security enhancements, encryption, and performance improvements. - Create REST/SOAP APIs, perform complex SQL development (PL/SQL, T-SQL), and support ETL pipelines across diverse platforms. - Cloud Platforms & DevOps: - Leverage cloud architecture expertise across cloud platforms for MES hosting, migration, and automation solutions. - Deploy and manage distributed development environments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based MES integrations. - Project Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration: - Lead development teams, providing architectural guidance, code reviews, and delivery oversight. - Lead complete MES/ERP implementations for Fortune 500 and government clients. Qualifications - Technical Skills: - MES Platforms: including Delmia Apriso 9.x - Programming: including C#, .NET - Databases: including SQL Server - Cloud: including AWS or Azure - Proficiency in MQ services, event buses, message queues, and real-time plant-floor integrations. - Deep understanding of discrete, batch, and continuous manufacturing processes across different industries. - Certifications: - MES Dassault Systems Delmia/Apriso Certified Architect - Professional Attributes: - Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects with competing priorities. - High-level communication skills and cross-functional leadership experience. - Expertise in both hands-on development and architectural oversight. - Aerospace or heavy manufacturing industry experience in regulated environments. - Large enterprise MES deployments with multi-site/multi-country footprints.
