Role Description The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the management, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts. The Contracts Manager must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and deadline-driven with prior in-house legal experience, preferably in the information technology industry, and able to work independently on multiple competing priorities. - Reviews, redlines, and negotiates customer or vendor terms and conditions for sale/purchase of technology products and services.
