• Lead the human side of Salesforce modernization for IRS teams, ensuring new platforms are intuitive, trusted, and effectively adopted. • Conduct empathy‑based discovery through user research, persona development, and journey mapping. • Develop strategic communication plans that translate Salesforce and AI milestones into clear, mission‑driven narratives for IRS leadership and frontline staff. • Facilitate Human‑Centered Design workshops, co‑creation sessions, and focus groups. • Design and deliver adoption and enablement programs including Trailhead content, office hours, and champion networks.
Job Requirements
- Active IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) or Public Trust clearance is required.
- Prosci Certified Change Manager or equivalent is required.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst Certifications are preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in Change Management or Organizational Development, including at least 3 years supporting Salesforce‑specific transformations.
- Proven experience applying Human‑Centered Design (HCD) principles to technology or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong facilitation and executive communication skills, with demonstrated success in federal or highly regulated environments.
