• The Director of Business Development is responsible for growing the Market for our products and services, focused primarily on upgrade and modification projects for the four segments under the Engineered Products division. • Lead and manage the Bid & Proposal team. • Development of marketing strategies for a product line, platform, OEM, and/or market segment. • Development and management of specific sales projects/campaigns. • Producing sales project and month-end reports as required. • Financial lead on all programs. Responsible for working with Growth Team in producing financial statement proformas related to financial status for all programs. • Leading country by country sales/BD reviews for assigned projects and opportunities including management of Rolling Actions Item Lists (RAIL’s) and driving follow-up on annual strategy execution. • Creating Business Development packages for marketing and sales purposes. • Creating Proposals for customers for specific projects working with OEM’s for pricing and lead time and the internal finance and legal teams. • Providing program management function for projects where needed. • Attending various military conferences and Air Shows to jointly market products with OEM’s to the military and defense customer base. • Liaison to Finance group on all finance related questions including projects, budgets, costs, etc. • Other business development, marketing, and sales related functions including in-country demos and customer pitches. • Managing OEM relationships and business reviews for project related sales. • Understanding and performing functions in accordance with AS9120 and ISO9001 Standards. • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Director, Sales – Middle East & Africa

• Responsible for leading Sales and Marketing initiatives across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) • Support military aerospace and defense customers within U.S. allied countries through direct engagement with Ministries of Defense, Air Forces, and state-owned entities • Shape regional strategy, drive new business development, and maintain a robust network of senior military and defense stakeholders • Support key military aircraft platforms including C-130, UH-60, F-15, F-16, AH-64, B707, among others, across spares, repairs, and modification programs • Drive bookings, revenue, and margin performance across assigned territories • Own pipeline development, opportunity progression, and forecast accuracy through Salesforce • Align OEM strategies with regional opportunities and drive joint growth initiatives • Convert opportunities into executable contracts, LTAs, and measurable business outcomes • Develop and execute bid models and pricing strategies leveraging historical data, market intelligence, and margin targets • Manage and oversee in-country agents, representatives, and consultants, establishing accountability for pipeline, bookings, and collections.
• Responsible to manage and build strong relationships with OEM partners • Identifying, analyzing, and pursuing new OEM partner relationships • Assumes full responsibility to manage specific OEM partner accounts • Ensures OEM partner agreement/contract compliance and deliverables are achieved • Conducts Program Management Reviews (PMR) required in contract • Negotiate Agreements including renewals and expansions • Creates annual OEM budget based on agreement, historical sales and market condition • Establishes prosperous long-term relationships with assigned OEM partners • Handles OEM partner questions, resolve issues/problems • Create presentations; prepare executive brief, PowerPoint templates, etc. • Meet or exceed prescribed KPI targets • Identifies revenue growth opportunities within OEM partner agreement and create SalesForce campaigns • Recognize improvement opportunities; execute improvement plan and follows • Support Sales Team and Business Development
Senior Manager, Technical Sales and Business Development

• Lead regional sales strategy and execution for AllClear’s C-130 Life Extension Products (Short POD, ECS E2H®, DFQMS). • Drive engineering sales of AllClear Engineered Products, including Hologram Products. • Identify and manage new business opportunities for AllClear’s OEM partner products across the Middle East, Africa, and India. • Manage programs for in-country MRO facilities where AllClear is the stocking distributor of parts, ensuring material availability and program alignment. • Prepare technical sales packages, proposals, and business development materials to support campaigns. • Support qualification, certification, retrofit, and upgrade (RMU) programs with customers and regional partners. • Prepare Financial Green Sheets and 4-Blockers to assess the financial viability of opportunities. • Manage the complete opportunity lifecycle on Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate pipeline visibility and updates. • Collaborate with in-country partners and agents to maximize customer reach and ensure local alignment. • Represent AllClear at customer meetings, OEM reviews, trade shows, and regional events. • Ensure all activities adhere to ITAR, Department of Commerce, and regional export requirements, as well as AS9120 and ISO9001 standards. • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
