Job Description

Regional Account Manager – LTC

Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc.

• Deliver results by strategically educating key LTC stakeholders including closed door pharmacies, consultant pharmacists, and Tier 1 Nursing Home chains • Collaborate with the sales team on educating LTC Healthcare Providers on SMPA product clinical attributes for the LTC resident • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs, promoting products or services, and driving purchases to meet or exceed regional GPO purchasing targets • Work with LTC Pharmacy Accounts to strategically develop and implement education plans • Build business relationships with senior executives at key accounts

Job Requirements

  • 6-10 years pharmaceutical experience in any or all the following areas: Long Term Care, Field Sales/Leadership, Consultant Pharmacist, Market Access or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
  • Long Term Care Account Management or LTC sales experience highly preferred
  • Comfort working with C-suite leadership
