• Lead the development and execution of content and creative strategies across a portfolio of complex, high-priority clients • Serve as a senior client partner and go-to authority on Amazon best practices, confidently articulating content and creative strategies to both external stakeholders and internal teams • Contribute to new business pitches, bringing content and creative expertise to agency growth initiatives • Mentor and coach junior team members through hands-on guidance, structured training, and ongoing support that drives their professional development • Oversee day-to-day activities of junior content team members, including project assignment, performance monitoring, and quality assurance • Collaborate with designers to deliver best-in-class creative strategies for clients and internal projects • Partner with account managers and the media team to ensure content strategies align with clients' broader advertising and business objectives • Develop and implement SEO and content strategies that ladder up to client growth goals • Leverage a strong command of Amazon content analytics and performance data to continuously optimize content and creative, including leading A/B testing initiatives in partnership with the data team • Contribute to agency thought leadership through client POV pieces, case studies, resources, and agency marketing initiatives that strengthen Podean's reputation in the content space • Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and team training resources; serve as an internal subject matter expert across content and creative disciplines • Partner with global counterparts to drive consistency in content offerings and share best practices across regions • Bring an established understanding of the commercial and business dimensions of content and creative services
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, e-commerce content strategy, or digital advertising, with a strong focus on Amazon or other marketplace platforms
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring team members across multiple concurrent content initiatives
- Deep expertise in Amazon content creation, including optimization of titles, bullet points, A+ content, storefronts, and image stacks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate content performance data into actionable, measurable recommendations
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and working cross-functionally with data teams to build measurable content programs
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to new business pitches and agency growth efforts
- Exceptional client-facing communication skills, with confidence presenting strategy and managing expectations for complex, senior-level clients
- Experience developing SOPs, training materials, and process improvements that scale across teams and regions
- Collaborative track record working across cross-functional teams including media, account management, design, and global counterparts
- Working knowledge of paid media platforms and their intersection with content strategy
- High proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
- A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for innovation, efficiency, and driving measurable client outcomes
