Role Description We are seeking a talented individual to join our Contract Advisory team at Marsh. This role is a fully remote role. Marsh is seeking a Contract Risk Advisor to provide expert guidance on contract review, risk identification, and the negotiation of terms that protect client interests while supporting business objectives. Role Description As our Senior Claims Representative on the TPA Services team, you will support the coordination of communication among clients, claim examiners, insurance carriers, and captive managers. You will: - Respond promptly to inquiries from clients and internal teams. - Provide guidance on reporting guidelines and procedures. - Overall provide support to the TPA Services team. Qualifications - 2–3 years’ related experience supporting claims or insurance operations; comfortable working in a fast‑paced role with many different tasks. - Experience setting up and maintaining claim files (PL/HPL) and familiarity with credentialing, loss runs, NPDB, and MMSEA compliance reporting. - Ability to review and adjust defense counsel invoices for adherence to litigation guidelines and billing standards. - Proven collaborator who partners with claims examiners—provides day‑to‑day operational support, shares timely updates, and helps move files toward resolution. - Flexible and resilient: able to navigate the ebb and flow of workload, stay focused during high‑volume periods, and “roll up your sleeves” to get work done.
