Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our Total Rewards team and help grow our global Korn Ferry Pay benchmark databases. This role plays a critical part in strengthening the quality and density of our compensation and rewards databases. By connecting with new clients and soliciting participation within our compensation surveys, you will help enhance the credibility of our industry peer groups, improve role coverage (such as Digital, AI, Cyber security, etc.), and increase client confidence during renewal cycles. This is an excellent developmental role for individuals interested in Business Development, Sales, Total Rewards, Human Resources, and data-driven insights. This is a part-time opportunity, 20 hours per week, and fully remote (US Based). Key Responsibilities - Proactively identify, contact, and cultivate new survey participants and business opportunities using a combination of calls, emails, and social media. - Solicit new logos to participate in Korn Ferry’s global compensation survey database. - Develop and continually iterate target lists based on market research, collaboration with leadership, and feedback from work to date. - Define clients’ underlying business needs, stakeholders, and key performance indicators. - Partner with sales team, leadership, and Client Directors on interested prospects. - Collaborate with client delivery team on clients’ data collection intentions and needs. - Maintain a clear and detailed record of client interactions through Salesforce.com and other required systems. - Deliver thought-provoking presentations that strengthen client relationships with the firm. - Achieve targets for meetings, opportunities, database expansion, and quarterly business goals. - Research prospects leveraging sales support applications (Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, etc.). - Understand Korn Ferry product offerings and data collection process. - Build an individual development plan to continue skill and knowledge growth. Qualifications - 1+ years of lead generation and/or sales experience in a high-growth, complex business environment with emphasis on selling disruptive SaaS solutions, Human Capital Management, or related HR solutions and services to large, highly strategic corporations. - Heavy preference for previous inside sales/business development experience in the digital products niche. - Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and Microsoft CRM applications. - Familiarity with lead generation tools including ZoomInfo, D&B, and Outreach.io. - Very strong influence & customer-centered selling skills. - Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills. - Excellent conceptual and analytical skills. - Strong organization and time management skills. - Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills, able to understand client needs quickly & effectively. - Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. - Perseveres under pressure with a drive to succeed. Demonstrates sound business judgment, common sense, and insight. Education - Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.
