Das sind unsere aktuellen Herausforderungen und perspektivischen Ziele: - Du unterstützt unser Finance-Team bei der Datenaufbereitung und im Reporting. - Du wirst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Controlling-Tools und Reportingstrukturen mitwirken. - Du erstellst und bereitest regelmäßige Management-Reports auf. - Du konsolidierst und bereitest Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen auf. - Du unterstützt unsere Senior Controller aktiv bei Forecast-, Planungs- und FP&A-Prozessen. - Du führst Ad-hoc-Analysen durch und lieferst wertvolle Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Finance und Management. - Du wirkst beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Reportingstrukturen und Controlling-Tools mit. - Du pflegst und aktualisierst Reporting-Dateien und Datenquellen. - Du unterstützt bei Monatsabschluss- und Reportingprozessen. - Du führst Datenchecks und Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen im Reporting durch. - Du koordinierst Datenabfragen mit anderen Fachbereichen wie Sales oder Operations. - Du unterstützt administrativ bei Controlling- und Finance-Projekten. Qualifications - Du hast einen Masterabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder Controlling. - Du hast erste praktische Erfahrung im Controlling oder Finance gesammelt. - Du verfügst über Grundkenntnisse im Controlling und in der Finanzanalyse. - Du arbeitest sicher mit Microsoft Excel. - Du erstellst Präsentationen und Management-Reports mit Microsoft PowerPoint. - Du hast ein solides Grundverständnis von GuV, Budgetierung und Forecasting. - Erste Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen oder BI-Tools sind wünschenswert. - Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (C1) und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) mit.
