• You are responsible for sales processes for drugstores, grocery retail (LEH) and specialty channels. • You take end-to-end responsibility for process stability and internal alignment between Sales, Supply Chain, Product, Commercial & Ops. • At product level, you work closely with Key Account Managers and the relevant teams. • You ensure that projects run smoothly (e.g., displays, new product launches, promotions, legal approvals, certifications, operational rollouts). • Establish clear communication and prioritization routines for team alignment. • You increase structure and precision in individual steps (e.g., display setups, master data/product parameters, workflows) to boost efficiency, reliability and speed. • Together with the Director Sales you engage in direct sparring on vision, the further development of the B2B retail setup and the implementation logic for new products/rollouts. • You report to the Director Sales (B2B Retail) and provide functional coordination and development for a team.

• Market Entry & Expansion — You build our business in Italy, with a focus on drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail and selected grocery partners. • Account Management — You manage existing customers and win new partners through compelling pitches and tailored product range proposals. • Promotions & Trade Marketing — You plan and coordinate promotions, point-of-sale materials and sampling campaigns together with the marketing team. • Cross-functional Collaboration — You work closely with internal teams across marketing, operations, regulatory and e-commerce. • Market & Competitive Analysis — You keep an eye on trends, spot opportunities and develop new distribution ideas for the Italian market. • Representation — You represent Glow25 at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events across Italy.

• You create the monthly 12‑month rolling forecast based on market data, promotions and historical patterns. • You take ownership of the Demand Review and prepare all relevant documentation in a structured way. • You coordinate regularly with the Commercial team to incorporate campaign and forecast inputs. • You implement our demand planning tool and actively contribute to building and improving the system logic. • You develop scenario analyses to make different planning assumptions transparent and decision‑ready. • You track relevant KPIs such as MAPE and Bias and derive actionable recommendations. • You produce KPI reports and decision‑log entries that ensure a traceable planning history. • You actively contribute to the weekly S&OE and the monthly S&OP processes.

• You set up, manage, and optimize Paid Social campaigns (primarily Meta and TikTok) independently — including targeting, bidding, creative selection, as well as the setup and publication of campaigns, ad sets, and ads. • You analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights to improve performance (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR), presenting your results in a clear and structured way. • You plan and run A/B tests — for example on creatives, audiences, and ad copy — and continuously contribute to improving campaign effectiveness. • You support the setup, testing, and scaling of new paid channels such as TikTok, Outbrain, or Affiliate, and help drive cross-channel integration. • You work closely with internal teams (e.g., Creative, Copy, Data) and external partners to develop and execute high-performing campaigns across the full customer journey.

• You are responsible for the cost side of the P&L, from OPEX and personnel costs to fixed-cost developments, making cost drivers visible and manageable. • You prepare budget, forecast and plan-vs-actual comparisons and derive concrete recommendations for action. • You own the forecast and budget process from planning through coordination with the business units to final consolidation. • You prepare management reports that are clear, understandable and decision-relevant. • You actively drive the fast close and ensure that figures are available more quickly. • You build and maintain our cost-center structure — clean, scalable and fit for growth. • You further develop our BI tools and dashboards and ensure transparent, up-to-date cost metrics. • You actively contribute to the further development of our controlling processes and participate in our finance project roadmap. • You are the primary contact for department heads on cost matters and translate numbers into clear, actionable options. • You work closely with Accounting, HR and Operations and serve as the bridge between the operational business and Finance.
