Role Description ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a reliable and capable National Field Lead - Fire covering the United States. The National Field Lead – Fire is responsible for driving growth, execution, and strategic alignment with Ferguson Fire & Fabrication across the U.S. market. This role will lead account coordination, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure field sales activation that aligns with company goals. The National Field Lead - Fire will serve as the primary liaison between the account, field sales, rep partners, and corporate teams to deliver consistent growth and customer satisfaction. - Activate and drive execution of the Fire sales strategies across the Ferguson Fire & Fabrication network. - Lead relationship coordination between internal teams, field sales, rep partners, and the customer. - Conduct monthly sales reviews to track progress on growth targets and business objectives. - Coordinate field sales events to support account initiatives. - Provide account-level insights and create feedback loops to inform sales leadership and strategy. - Ensure clear communication and alignment of actions across sales, operations, and customer stakeholders. Qualifications - Proven sales experience, preferably in national accounts or distribution channels. - Experience working with Ferguson or similar large-scale distribution partners is highly desirable. - Demonstrated success in account growth, customer engagement, and sales execution. - Understanding of go-to-market strategies and product positioning within wholesale/field sales environments. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable results. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in interpreting sales data and market trends. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Experience with CRM tools, Power BI, Microsoft suite of products, and sales forecasting systems. - Ability to travel 50%+ nationally. Responsibilities: - Lead O&M activities for Ameresco and client-owned BESS assets nationwide, ensuring system uptime, performance compliance, and accurate reporting to off-takers. - Develop, implement, and maintain preventative and corrective maintenance schedules. - Oversee internal field technicians and third-party contractors performing maintenance and repairs. - Manage OEM warranty claims and service coordination related to PM and CM activities. - Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with NFPA 70E, OSHA, and company procedures. - Conduct and/or coordinate root cause analysis (RCA) of system failures and performance issues. - Support system performance analysis using SCADA, EMS, and OEM monitoring platforms. - Review asset performance trends and provide subject matter expertise (SME) to the Remote Operations Control Center (ROC). - Work with ROC to develop and submit monthly reports summarizing performance, incidents, and maintenance activities. - Establish and manage spare parts inventory strategies on a per-project basis. - Develop and maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships to support system performance and reliability. - Manage O&M budgets, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs. - Ensure compliance with O&M contracts and service level agreements (SLAs). - Adhere to Asset Planner(CMMS platform) SOPs, including proficiency with PM and SR modules, proactive SR management, and KPI/CMMS reporting tools. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding site operations. - Coordinate with engineering, asset management, and ROC teams to ensure alignment across functions. - Lead project and client meetings and provide clear communication on system status and performance. - Support and mentor field technicians both onsite and remotely. - Perform additional duties as assigned. - Be available for weekends and holidays as needed based on system needs Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance within the battery energy storage, solar, or renewable energy industry. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field (or equivalent field experience). - Valid Drivers' License in good standing, issued by state of residence. - Journeyman's Electrical License in state of residence.
