Role Description A growing Building Automation Consulting firm is hiring multiple Remote Building Automation Technicians to support commercial BAS projects throughout Central and Western Louisiana, including Lake Charles, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and Alexandria. This is a true work-from-home field role. There is no office reporting, you set your schedule based on project demand, and you’re home every night. Overnight travel is limited to approximately 5–10% annually and is planned so you’re always home on weekends. All time worked is paid. Overtime is generally moderate, but large projects can create opportunities for significant OT when needed. This role supports commercial building automation systems across multiple control platforms and project phases.
