Qualifications - 1–4 years of experience in technical sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a related talent acquisition role. - Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or similar platforms. - Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidates in an ATS. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills—you don't let things fall through the cracks. - Clear, professional written communication; you know how to represent a company brand in candidate-facing messages. - Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive mindset—you ask questions, raise flags, and find solutions. - Exposure to technical hiring (Engineering, Product, Data, Design) is a strong plus. - Experience in a startup, venture studio, or high-growth tech environment is a plus but not required.
